Muktinath Bikas Bank reimburses loan amounts to family members of deceased members; also provides financial support for funeral charges and for fire accident

Muktinath Bikas Bank has provided loan reimbursement facility to three of its customers who faced different circumstantial challenges including death and fire accident.

The Salyantar branch of the bank in Dhading has handed over Rs 1.08 lakh to family members of deceased borrower Late Kali Damini and Maharajgunj branch has handed over Rs 1.14 lakh to family members of Late Kanchi Maharjan that includes the amount of loan and support for funeral charges.

Likewise, wives of its microbanking members at its Dhunebesi Khanikhola and Baniyatar of Tokha also received Rs 5K each as a funeral coverage and Mr. Radha Krishna Karki received Rs 5K as compensation for a fire accident at his poultry farm from the bank, as per the media statement.
