Muktinath Bikas Bank Introduces Self-Renew Feature in Mobile Banking App

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited has introduced a new “self-renew” feature in its mobile banking app, “Muktinath Faida App,” allowing customers to renew their mobile banking service without visiting a branch. With this update, users can log in, click “Renew Now” on the expiry pop-up, review fee details, and complete the process using their transaction PIN to reactivate the service instantly.

The app also enables customers to update personal details such as NID, PAN, and email directly through the platform. The bank stated that the new feature aims to enhance digital banking convenience and improve customer experience by making services more accessible and efficient.
