Muktinath Bikas Bank convenes its 16th AGM; endorses proposal of 14.21% dividend to shareholders

Muktinath Bikas Bank conducted its 16th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bharat Raj Dhakal on Poush 30, 2079.
Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide a 14.2105% dividend including 13.05% bonus shares and remaining as a cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.
