Much sought after company NRIC convenes its 5th AGM; endorses financial highlights and elects two new board members

Nepal Reinsurance Company has convened its 5^th  AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 29, 2077.

The AGM has approved all the financial highlights for the previous fiscal year as well as the CSR related expenses, as per the media statement.

The AGM also elected Mr. Dilli Raj Aryal and Mr. Navraj Bhandari as board members from the promoter and public shareholders’ group respectively and has appointed CA Shyam Karki and Company as the internal auditor of the company for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
