MSLB to close its books on 28th Kartik for the purpose of 50% right shares issue

Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) has published a notice regarding the book closure of the company for the purpose of right share.

MSLB is offering 50% right shares to its shareholders. The date of book closure for this purpose is on 28^th Kartik, 2075 (14^th November, 2018). Shareholders holding shares of MSLB till Kartik 27, 2075 will be eligible to apply for the said issue.

After the issue of right shares, the paid up capital of the company will increase by Rs.3 Crore and stand at Rs.9 Crore.
