Mr. Devi Prakash Bhattachan resigns from Dish Media Network; Mr. Hemraj Dhakal appointed new chairman; IPO shares coming soon

The board meeting of Dish Media Network Limited held on Asad 21, 2075 has accepted the resignation proposal of Mr. Devi Prakash Bhattachan from his designation of chairman and BOD of the company. The same meeting has nominated Mr. Sudip Acharya as the new BOD of the company. It has also unanimously appointed Mr. Hem Raj Dhakal as its new chairman and Mr. Sudip Acharya as its Managing Director.

The Dish Media Network Limited which began its operation 9 years back is one of the leading television network service provider in Nepal. it was converted to public limited company on Asad 18, 2074 and will soon issue shares to general public, reads the press note issued by the company.
