Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN) calls AGM on Poush 27; Book Closure on Poush 17

Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN) has called its 7th AGM on Poush 27. The meeting will be streamed virtually starting from 11 am that day. Nonetheless, a select few can attend the AGM organized in Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu.

The book closure date is announced on Poush 17. Thus, investors maintained till that day can attend the AGM. After a successful IPO issue, the company's shares were recently listed in NEPSE and made available for trading.

Mountain Energy Nepal Limited is a public limited company promoted by business persons having experience in the hydropower sector. The company was incorporated in Nepal under the Companies Act, 2054. There are two projects running under its wings; Tadi Khola Jalavidyut Aayojana (5 MW) and Mistri Khola Jalavidyut Aayojana (42 MW). Tadi Khola Jalavidyut Aayojana has already started its commercial operation whereas Mistri Khola Jalavidyut Aayojana is yet to complete the construction of the project.
