Morang Sugar Mills will be convening its 51st AGM on Chaitra 02, 2076 Sunday at Hotel Panchali, Biratnagar from 11 AM onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Falgun 07, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report.
- Approval of the audited financial reports of FY 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for 2076/77 and determination of remuneration.
