Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) has proposed a 15.789473681% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The 231st meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 28 has decided to distribute 15% bonus shares and a 0.789473681% cash dividend for the fiscal year. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 17.04 crores, the bonus shares are worth a little over Rs. 2.55 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 13.45 lakhs.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
