Mithila Laghubitta AGM on Poush 5; book closure on Mangsir 7

Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (MLBBL) is going to hold its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 5; which will endorse 20 percent bonus share from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The annual general meeting is schedule to place at Radha Krisha Meeting Hall, Danusha at 11 AM on Poush 5, 2071.

Other agendas include the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and also the election for 2 directors representing the public group.

Only, those holding their shares till the coming Friday i.e. Mangsir 5 will be entitled to get the bonus shares and participate in the scheduled AGM of the company.

Earlier, Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited issued 70,725 units of ordinary shares through its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public this year.

The last traded price of Mithila Laghubitta is Rs 820 traded on Kartik 30, 2071.
