Miteri Development Bank to convene 13th AGM on 9th Chaitra; book closure for this purpose from 15th Falgun to 9th Chaitra

Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) has published a notice on NPESE regarding the 13^th AGM of the bank. As per the notice published, the 179^th BOD meeting of the bank has decided to convene the AGM on 9^th Chaitra, 2075. The notice is silent regarding the time and place of the AGM.

The AGM will be endorsing 17% bonus shares worth Rs.8.50 Crore and cash dividend worth Rs.44.73 Lakhs (for tax purpose) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 74/75. After the adjustment of the 17% bonus shares, the paid-up capital of development bank will reach Rs 58.50 crore.

The book closure for this purpose is from 15^th Falgun to 9^th Chaitra, 2075. Investors holding shares of the development bank till 14^th Falgun, 2075 will be eligible to claim the dividend and attend the AGM.
