Miteri Development Bank to change its promoter share structure

Board Meeting of Miteri Development Bank (MDB) held on Manshir 25, 2071, has purposed for the conversion of 51 percent promoter shares to the ordinary shares.
The proposal is subject to the approval of NRB. Meeting has also decided to reconstruct the BOD members. From now, four member from promoter shareholder and three members the ordinary shareholders will represent in the board.
