Miteri Development Bank, Shangrila Development Bank and Sabaiko Laghubitta Distributed Bonus Shares to Demat Accounts of Shareholders

Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) has distributed 12.35% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT account of its shareholders respectively and urged them to dematerialize their shares.

The company had its 17th AGM on 27th Poush and endorse a 13% dividend for FY 2078/79. The 224th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 19, 2079 decided to distribute a 13% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 90.34 Crores. 12.35% bonus shares worth Rs. 11,15,73,366.67 and 0.65% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 58,72,282.46 were proposed.

The same bonus dividend is now deposited to Demat accounts.

Likewise, Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has distributed 8.53% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT account of its shareholders respectively and urged them to dematerialize their shares.

The bank convened its 18th AGM on the 17th Chaitra and endorsed an 8.983% dividend worth Rs. 27.04 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 26 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.01 Arba. 8.534% bonus shares worth Rs. 25.69 crores and 0.449% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 1.35 crores were proposed.

Similarly, Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL) has distributed 18% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT account of its shareholders respectively and urged them to dematerialize their shares.

The microfinance company convened its 6th AGM on 26th Falgun and endorse an 18.95% dividend worth Rs. 5.11 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting held on Magh 11 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 27 Crores. 18% bonus shares worth Rs. Rs. 4.86 crores and 0.95% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 25.57 lakhs were proposed.
