Mirmire Laghubitta Declares 23% Boush Shares for FY 2078/79

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) has proposed a 23% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The 246th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 06 has decided to distribute 23% bonus shares from the profit and reserves maintained of FY 78/79. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 53.12 crores, the bonus shares amounting to Rs. 12.21 crores will be distributed to the shareholders. 

Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

Also, the company has completed all the acquisition-related works with two companies i.e. Buddha Jyoti Laghubitta and Shrijanshil Laghubitta Limited.
