Milestones in Motion: Celebrating 18 Years of Citizens Bank's Customer-Centric Journey

Citizens Bank International Limited celebrates its 18th year of operation, marking a successful journey of serving its customers since its establishment.

Over the past 17 years, the bank has provided financial services to approximately 17 lakh 24 thousand customers through its 190 branches across all seven provinces. On its 17th anniversary, the bank organized various programs including a different event and a blood donation drive in collaboration with the Nepal Red Cross Society.

Free health camps were conducted in Birgunj and Butwal branches, benefitting around 300 individuals with medical check-ups and necessary medications. Introducing the "Citizens Smart Savings Account" with 17 attractive features, the bank aims to enhance customer experience and financial literacy.

Moreover, the bank has initiated "Privilege Counters" in six more branches for customer convenience. As part of its anniversary celebrations, the 10th Citizens Bank Open Tennis Tournament is scheduled to be held at Dasharath Stadium. With 190 branches, 153 ATMs, and 98 branchless banking units, Citizens Bank International Limited continues to expand its reach, aiming to serve 60 districts by opening seven more branches this financial year.
