MG, a renowned global automotive brand, has established this facility to cater to the growing needs of its Nepali customers. The service center aims to provide exceptional after-sales service and support to ensure an unparalleled ownership experience for MG vehicle owners in the country.

The service center spans an impressive area of 32,856 square feet (6 Ropani) and offers a range of dedicated facilities. It features multiple service areas, spacious waiting lounges, customer service desks, well-equipped maintenance and repair sections, ample storage spaces, administrative offices, and various other amenities.

Located in Kusunti-Lalitpur, the new service center boasts modern infrastructure, cutting-edge equipment, and a team of highly skilled technicians trained in the latest automotive technologies. It has been designed to deliver a comprehensive, comfortable and efficient after sales service while their MG vehicles receive top-notch maintenance, repair, and warranty needs.

Our service center has 11 bays, high EV diagnosis tools, 3 car washing facilities operating simultaneously, hybrid AC recovery equipment, a highly sophisticated paint booth, Caroliner collision repair capabilities, updated isolation testing tools made by Fluke, and 1 DC charger and AC charger.
