METLIFE’S HEAD OF STRATEGIC GROWTH MARKETS Rebecca Tadikonda under 3 day VISIT to NEPAL; inaugurates MetLife Nepal’s new dedicated customer service area
MetLife’s Executive Vice President and Head of Strategic Growth Markets, Asia, Rebecca Tadikonda is visiting Nepal this week, together with MetLife’s Chairman for Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar, M. Nurul Islam and Head of Strategy for Strategic Growth Markets, Asia, M. Ala Uddin Ahmad.
During the three-day visit, which commenced on 21st May, Ms. Tadikonda inaugurated MetLife Nepal’s new dedicated customer service area called ‘One Customer Place’ (OCP) in the company’s corporate office in Pulchowk, Lalitpur. OCP provides a central location to provide customers with a more structured and best-in-class experience for their needs including making loan or policy changes, paying premiums, and understanding their product features and benefits.
Tadikonda oversees MetLife’s businesses in the high-growth markets in Asia, like Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Nepal, and Vietnam, and new market entry. Rebecca is driving accelerated growth by enhancing distribution (partnerships, agency, and digital), leveraging digital and innovation, and increasing collaboration and co-investments in capabilities shared across the region.

Ms. Tadikonda will visit various MetLife offices across Nepal until 23 May.
