MetLife Ranked No. 10 on Fortune’s 2025 World’s 25 Best Workplaces

For the second consecutive year, MetLife, Inc. has earned a spot on the prestigious Fortune World’s 25 Best Workplaces™ list, ranking No. 10 globally. The ranking, compiled by Fortune in partnership with Great Place to Work®, is based on survey responses from nine million employees across 25 million workers worldwide and evaluates companies on workplace culture and positive impact.
