Metlife opens new office in Janakpur; opens 33rd Agency Office in Nepal

MetLife Nepal opened a new Agency office in the popular cultural city of Janakpur in Province 2 of Nepal. Vice President and General Manager Nirmal Kajee Shrestha inaugurated the office along with other senior leaders of MetLife. This will be MetLife’s 33^rd office in all of Nepal.

The office is located in central Janakpur at Bhanu Chowk and will provide additional access to facilities and convenience to our customers in and around the Dhanusha region. The new office will provide customers with services like application and premium collection, policy delivery and other support services related to policy changes, reinstatement, customer inquiry handling, and document processing.

“As we are planning to spread our services in every province of the country, the addition of this office will add value to our customers in Janakpur and surrounding areas,” said Shrestha. “The location and provision of additional services will increase our ability to serve our customers and assist us in expanding further in Province number 2.”
