MetLife Nepal Certified as a Great Place to Work, Surpassing Global Benchmark

MetLife Nepal has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work, joining 33 MetLife markets globally that participated in the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey. With over 24,000 employees contributing worldwide, MetLife Nepal surpassed the global benchmark, reflecting its strong workplace culture, inclusivity, and shared purpose.

Nirmal Kajee Shrestha, Vice President and General Manager of MetLife Nepal, emphasized that the recognition highlights the trust, respect, and empowerment nurtured within the organization. MetLife, a global financial services leader operating in over 40 markets, has been active in Nepal since 2001, offering life, health, and group insurance products.
