MetLife Insurance reports profit of Rs. 12.50 crore; premium collection and reserve see slight increment

MetLife American Life Insurance Company (ALICO) has stated Rs 12.50 crore net profit till the end of Poush month of the fiscal year 2075/76.
As per the unaudited report for the second quarter, the insurance company reported a net profit of Rs 12.50 crore in Q2 of FY 2075/76, from Rs 11.29 crore in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal year.
The company’s earnings from premium rose to Rs 1.86 arba in Q2 from Rs 1.68 arba in the corresponding quarter of FY 2074/75. The reserve fund of the company has also inclined to Rs 1.64 arba from the corresponding year’s 1 arba.
Further, the company’s life insurance fund has also increased to Rs 15.73 arba from Rs 13.98 arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
