METLIFE expands its operation in eastern Nepal;Inaugurates Agency Offices in Itahari and Katari

MetLife Nepal has expanded its operations in Eastern Nepal by  opening two new agency offices in Itahari and Katari of province 1 this week. Vice President and General Manager, Nirmal Kajee Shrestha inagurated both the offices together with Chief Distribution Officer, Arun Basnet and other local employees.

MetLife believes this expansion will help to provide additional access to facilities and convenience to their customers in the region. The office will provide customers with services like application and premium collection, policy delivery and other support servcies to customers related to policy changes, reinstatement, customer inquiry handling, other document processing. The two new agency offices will be managed by MetLife’s Branch Office in Biratnagar.

“We are delighted to open our new offices in Itahari and Katari and to play a role in the continued growth of these two vibrant communities and improving access to address their protection needs,” said Mr. Shrestha.
