Meroshare Dysfunctional At The Moment; CDSC Will Extend IPO Deadline of Mailung Khola Jalavidhyut Company

Investors are currently unable to apply for the IPO of Mailung Khola Jalavidhyut Company due to problems in Meroshare. While the IPO is on the verge of conclusion, the official portal to apply for the issue is not responding to requests.

According to CDSC spokesperson Suresh Neupane, the problem is not with Meroshare but with the government's IT center, with which the Meroshare platform is affiliated. He said that other websites including Meroshare are not operating at the moment because of issues in the central system.

CDSC is still working to resolve the issue (if possible on their part), and the deadline will certainly be extended. However, given that the issue hasn't been resolved yet, CDSC can't provide a statement at the moment about when the system will be operational, or when the deadline extension will end.
