Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MERO) has published its third quarterly report of FY 2077/2078 with an increase in Net Profit a massive 209.41%. The company's net profit increased to Rs. 29.65 crores as compared to Rs. 9.58 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The borrowing of the company has increased to Rs. 9.98 Arba while deposits have increased by 51.81% to Rs. 2.39 Arba in the current quarter. Similarly, the company has floated loans of Rs. 12.99 Arba in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2077/2078.
The net interest income of the company has increased by 81.89% compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year and stood at Rs. 57.14 crores in Q3, 2077/2078.
Mero Microfinance's paid-up capital stood at Rs. 1.00 Arba with a reserve and surplus of Rs. 48.01 crores in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2077/2078.
Its earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs. 39.53 and net worth per share stood at Rs. 148.02. The company’s Non-performing loan stood at 1.70%. The company traded at a PE multiple of 39.64 times during the report preparation.
