Merger in offing

KATHMANDU, FEB 28:
Prudential Finance Co and Gorkha Finance have entered into an agreement to merge and start business with a new identity from March 21. After the merger is completed, the total paid up capital of the new company will be worth Rs 480.31 million and its deposits and lending will be at Rs one billion each.
