Menchhiyam Hydropower Signs Agreement for Rights Share Issuance with NIC Asia Capital

Menchhiyam Hydropower Limited (MCHL) has signed an agreement with NIC Asia Capital Limited to issue 5,425,833 rights shares at Rs. 100 each, raising Rs. 54.25 crore. The agreement was signed by the company secretary of MCHL, Dhan Raj Subedi, and the CEO of NIC Asia Capital, Ramendra Rayamajhi.

NIC Asia Capital, with extensive experience in managing share issuances, has successfully handled primary and rights share offerings for multiple companies, raising over Rs. 18.94 Arba to date. This collaboration marks another step in facilitating MCHL’s rights share issuance under regulatory approval from the Securities Board of Nepal.
