Mega Bank’s AGM on Poush 29; 12% bonus share in offing

Mega Bank Limited (MEGA) is going to hold its 4th Annual General Meeting on Poush 29, 2071; which, inter alias, will endorse 12 percent bonus share and 0.6315 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The bank has also announced the book closure for the same from Poush 16 to Poush 29, 2071.
Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Poush 14 will be entitled to dividends offered by the bank.
Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71, merger and acquisition.
Mega Bank offered 9 percent cash dividend to its shareholders previous fiscal year i.e. 2069/70.
