Mega Bank to extend credit facility of 15 lakh to women jewelry entrepreneurs in Patan; bank aims to empower women business leaders with collateral-free credit facility

Mega Bank has decided to provide a collateral-free credit facility to women jewelry entrepreneurs associated with Lalitpur Gold and Silver jewelry Association.

The agreement regarding the same was signed between the CEO of the bank Ms. Anupama  Khunjeli and the chairman of the association Mr. Ramesh Bahadur Shakya amid a program.

Per the agreement, the bank will extend a credit facility of up to Rs 15 lakh without any deposit to the female members who approach the bank with a forwarded recommendation from the bank, as stated in the media statement.
