Mega Bank distributes 11.75% cash dividend directly to bank account; Urges shareholders to update account

Mega Bank Limited (MEGA) had approved 11.75% cash dividend for its shareholders from the ninth AGM held on Mangsir 29, 2076.

Today the bank has published a notice informing that the dividend will be directly deposited in the bank accounts of the shareholders associated with their respective demat account. The disbursement started from Mangsir 29, 2076.

Therefore, shareholders who haven't dematerialized their shares yet are requested to open a demat account and dematerialize their shares to claim dividend. Similarly, shareholders who haven't yet received dividend are requested to update their bank information in the demat account or contact Mega Capital.
