Mega Bank begins QR code based payment in Tempos of Kathmandu and other cities; new cashless service to benefit both tempo drivers and travelers
Mega Bank has arranged for QR code based payment system in the Tempos operating in Kathmandu and other cities of Nepal.
Following the new arrangement, travelers in tempos can make digital payment for their travel fair by scanning the QR codes of the bank right from their mobile banking service, as per the media statement.
The bank has earlier provided subsidized credit scheme to benefit the female tempo drivers in the nation, as per the media statement.
