MBL Equity Fund Proposes 8% Cash Dividend For the FY 82/83; When's the Book Closure?

"MBL Equity Fund" has announced a dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.

The 99th meeting of the board of directors of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited held on Shrawan 21 at 3:30 pm has decided to distribute a 8% cash dividend worth Rs. 9.73 crores (including tax) for MBL Equity Fund for the fiscal year 2082/83.

MBL Equity Fund is a closed-ended mutual fund with a 12-year maturity period. The fund is managed by Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited.

As of the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of MBLEF is reported at Rs. 10.85, with a closing price of Rs. 10.28.

The book closure date for dividend eligibility is 2nd Bhadra. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to receive the dividend.
