Maya Khola Hydropower appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager to float 24 lakh unit shares; 14.9 MW hydro project at Mayakhola in Sankhuwasabha completes 60% of construction work

Maya Khola Hydropower Company Limited, the developer of the 14.9 MW Hydropower project at Dharmadevi Nagarpalika of Sankhuwasabha district has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of 24  lakh unit shares to project-affected and the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Bijay Man Sherchan, chairman of the hydro developer, and MD of the merchant bank Mr. Dinesh Thakali, amid a program.

The hydropower company has so far completed 60% of the construction work, as per the media statement.
