Massive resignation wave hits Asha Laghubitta; 200 employees from then Rastra Utthan Laghubitta declare resignation accusing 3 senior management staff

Around 200 employees of Asha Laghubitta has resigned from their position amid a mass resignation protest function held at Hetauda.

The employees of then Rastra Utthan Laghubitta have resigned from their position accusing that they were unfairly treated by the management of then Asha Laghubitta following Rastra Utthan’s acquisition by Asha.

The protesting employees have accused Acting CEO of the company Mr. Badri Prasad Dulal, head of loan recovery and regulation department Mr. Rabin Khatiwada, and the head of the branch operation and training department Mr. Puskar Mishra of manhandling the employees under the pretense of evaluation work where these officials were even accused to be drunk, as per the media statement.
