Market Roundup: NEPSE Increases in Double Digits With Volume of Rs 87.21 Crores, Two Scrips Hit Positive For The Day

The NEPSE index closed at 1,920.12 today after gaining 15.13 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 0.79%. The index lost 3.07 points yesterday.
Today the index opened at 1,903.36 and made the intraday low at 1,903.28. In contrast, it went as high as 1,924.40 and ultimately closed at 1,920.12.
273 scrips traded hands via 23,503 transactions. A total of 2,579,325 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 87.21 Crores in turnover amount. This is a bit higher than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 87.04 Crores.
Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Promoter Share (SWBBLP) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 8.83 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 782 per share.
Kalinchowk Darshan Limited (KDL) and Molung Hydropower Company Limited (MHCL) gained the highest 9.9% each and technically hit the positive circuit for the day.
Conversely, Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADLB) lost all 10% today.
Only one sector closed red, "Development Bank" gained the highest 1.27% while "Mutual Fund" lost 0.47% today.
