Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be convening its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 13, 2076 at Lahari Kharka Resort, Banepa-14, Kavrepalanchowk from 11 AM onwards.
The 19th Board Meeting held on Mangsir 18, 2076 has decided on the following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for the year 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
