Manushi Laghubitta announces Special General Meeting on 20th Asadh, 2076; authorized paid up capital to be increased to Rs.40 Crore

Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced that the Special General Meeting (SGM) of the company will be held on 20^th Asadh, 2076 at Banepa Nagar Palika Ward No. 13, Bhaisepati from 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the SGM is to endorse decision to begin operations of a corporate insurance agent and to begin remittance operations. The authorized capital of the company will be increased to Rs.40 Crore from existing Rs.20 Crore. Issued capital will be increased from Rs.10 Crore to Rs.20 Crore and capital from promoter shareholders will be increased from Rs.7 Crore to Rs.14 Crore.

The agenda of the SGM includes discussion about the distribution of right shares to the existing shareholders of the company and making necessary changes in the memorandum and articles of the company.
