Mandu Hydropower and Mai khola Hydropower Companies appoint Prabhu Capital as issue manager to float IPO; Trade Tower gets Prabhu Capital onboard as share underwriter

Mandu Hydropower, the operator of the 22 MW Bagmati small Hydropower project at Ipa Gaupalika of Hetauda has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of its ordinary shares to the general public. The agreement was signed between Mr. Maheswor Prakash Shrestha, chairman of the hydro developer, and MD of the merchant banker Mr.  Dinesh Thakali, amid a program.

The hydropower company has so far completed 100% of the construction work and has already begun commercial production of the electricity and is mulling issuing the IPO with a premium price, as per the media statement.

Likewise, Maikhola Hydropower, the operator of the 3 MW Maikhola cascade Hydropower project at Ilam Nagar Palika has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of its ordinary shares to the general public. The agreement was signed between Mr. Ritesh Rajkale, CEO of the hydro developer, and MD of the merchant banker Mr.   Dinesh Thakali, amid a program.

Moreover,  Trade Tower, the popular business site in Kathmandu has appointed Prabhu Capital as share underwriter for the issuance of its 11.58 lakh unit shares to the general public.
