Mandakini Hydropower to convene AGM on Ashoj 19; Discussions to acquire Excelling Investment

Mandakini Hydropower Limited will be convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashoj 19, 2075. The meeting will be convened in Indreni Foodland, New Baneshwor at 3:00 PM.

The main agendas of the meeting are:

1. Discussion about acquiring Excelling Investment Limited
2. Issuance of Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the locals as well as general public.

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of financial report for the FY 2073/74 and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.
