Mandakini Hydropower Limited (MHL) Proposes to Distribute 5% Cash Dividends of FY 2078/79

In the meeting of the board of directors of Mandakini Hydropower Limited (MHL) held at 3:30 pm on Mangsir 29, the company passed a decision to propose 5 percent of the paid-up capital (including tax) as cash dividend from the distributable profits of 2078/79 to the shareholders at the next annual general meeting.

Earlier this year, the company issued 11,76,073 unit shares of Rs 100 face value to the general public. Likewise, the company has a total of 5,880,369 units shares listed at Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Since the company is relatively new, this is the first time the company is set to distribute dividends to its shareholders.
