KATHMANDU, MAR 18:
Gorkha based Manaslu Bikas Bank has appointed Growmore Merchant as issue and sale manager to manage the bank’s initial public offering (IPO) of 350,000 units of ordinary shares with face value of Rs 100. A memorandum of understanding was signed and exchanged between the general manager of the bank Biru Ram Jaishi and general manager of Growmore Kabindra Dhoj Joshi.
