Malika Vikas bank announces 30.68% stock dividend

The 226th BOD Meeting of Malika Vikas Bank Ltd.(MBBL), held on 2072-08-27 has proposed distribution of 30.68% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) to their Shareholders.
The decision is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
In the previous fiscal year 2070/71, MBBL had distributed percent 5 %bonus share to their shareholders.
