Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower to float 22.80 lakh unit ordinary shares in IPO; appoints Prabhu Capital to function as issue manager
Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager to float its 22.80 lakh unit ordinary shares to the general public.
The MoU was inked between the Executive chair of the hydro Mr. Himal Gurung and MD of Prabhu Capital Mr. Dinesh Thakali amid a program.
The hydropower intends to float 7.60 lakh unit shares to the project affected locals and 15.20 lakh unit shares to the general public, as per the media statement.
