Makar Jitumaya Hydropower Calls AGM With These Agendas

Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Company Limited (MAKAR) has called its 17th AGM on Mangsir 26, 2082. The meeting will be held in Surya Events, Kathmandu-4, Dhumbarahi, Anandanagar, starting at 10:30 am that day.

These are the agendas:

1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2081/82.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2081/82.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
4) Misc.

Mangsir 12 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders who maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
