Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta posts net profit of Rs.4.28 Crore till the third quarter; earnings per share falls to Rs.37.53

Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) has posted an increase in net profit by 18.70% to Rs 2.87 crore in the third quarter (Q3) of fiscal year 2075/76.

Publishing the unaudited financial report for the third quarter today, the microfinance institution has stated that its operating profit also increased to Rs 4.28 crore in Q3 from Rs 4.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year.

The microfinance institution’s borrowing increased to be Rs 89.78 crore and has collected Rs 83.67 crore in deposits.

Likewise, it has extended loans and advances of Rs 1.93 arba in Q3 of FY 2075/76 whereas in the same period last year the figure stood at Rs. 1.48 arba.

It has a paid up capital of Rs 10.20 crore has Rs 18.09 crore in reserve and surplus.

Its non- performing loan (NPL) decreased to 1.69% in Q3 from 1.82% in the third quarter of the last fiscal year.

MSLB’s earning per share (EPS) has decreased to Rs 37.53 in Q3. Its net worth per share stands at Rs 277.36 and P/E ratio at 43.70 times.
