Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta, NMB Bank and Lumbini Bikas Bank distributing cash dividend directly into bank account; Urges shareholders to update information

Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MSLB) has approved 11.579% cash dividend from its seventh AGM held on Poush 26, 2076.
The company is distributing the cash dividend from today i.e Magh 02, 2076 to the respective bank accounts of the shareholders as mentioned in the Demat account. Therefore shareholders who haven't dematerialized their shares yet or those who haven't updated bank information in the Demat account are urged to do so in order to receive the dividend.
Sunrise Capital is the share registrar of MSLB.
NMB Bank (NMB) had approved 14% cash dividend for its shareholders from its 24th AGM held on Poush 24, 2076.
The company is distributing the cash dividend from today i.e Magh 02, 2076 to the respective bank accounts of the shareholders as mentioned in the Demat account through NMB Capital. Therefore shareholders who haven't dematerialized their shares yet or those who haven't updated bank information in the Demat account are urged to do so in order to receive the dividend.
NMB Capital is the share registrar of NMB Bank.
Likewise, Lumbini Bikas Bank (LBBL) is also distributing 15% cash dividend from Magh 01, 2076 to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
Muktinath Capital is the share registrar of LBBL.
The bank has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares and update their bank information in the Demat account to receive the dividend.
