Mahila Sahayatra Microfinance to convene its AGM on Magh 05; Shareholders to receive 8% cash dividend

Mahila Sahayatra Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSMBS) will be convening its AGM on Magh 05, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the central office of the microfinance company, Chitlang, Makawanpur.
The company is looking forward to distribute 8% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75 worth Rs 96.80 lakhs.
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book of the company will remain closed from Poush 17 till Poush 19, 2075.
The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs 12.10 crore.
