Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta conducts two day staff refresher training;aims to motivate staff members of Province II and Bagmati to perform with more efficiency

Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta has conducted a two day staff refresher training for its field level staffs from province II and Bagmati on Falgun 1 and 2, 2076.

The training event was facilitated by chairman of the microfinance Dr. Sumitra Manandhar Gurung, head of Finance Department Ms. Sarita Shrestha, head of HR department Mr. Kamal Kafle, head of loan department Mr. Nirajan Shrestha, head of monitoring department Mr. Sujit Khatiwada, head of risk reduction department Mr. Sankhar Thapa, head of IT department Mr. Sanjeev Manandhar who trained the participants on range of subject matters.

The microfinance currently has 34 branches under its network and serves more than 35K rural women, as per the media statement.
