Mahila Laghubitta calls AGM on Poush 24; Agenda to Endorse IPO Issuance

The 25th meeting of the board of directors of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited held on Poush 02 has called the company's third AGM on Poush 24.
The AGM will commence at 11 am that day at the company's central office in Sanga, Kavre. Because of the pandemic, the AGM will be streamed virtually to investors.
Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the issuance of IPO for 40% of the issued capital. The IPO of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is in SEBON's pipeline. The microfinance company has submitted an application on Mangsir 03 to issue 4 lakh unit IPO shares to the general public.
Mahila Laghubitta has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the issue manager for the issuance of 4 lakh unit shares.
Meanwhile, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 1.98 crores during the 1st quarter of the fiscal year 2077/78.
