Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Successfully Conducted 6th AGM

The Annual General Meeting of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) was held on Falgun 27 at the Himalayan Drishya Resort in Dhulikhel, Kavre.

Tara Kunwar, the Chairperson, presided over the meeting, conducted by the Secretary and Chief Executive Officer, Krishna Prasad Neupane. Tulsi Thapa, Chairperson of the Women's Rights and Development Center, was the chief guest.

The meeting saw the uncontested election of new Board members and the presentation of the financial report for fiscal year 2079/80 by Tara Kunwar. Resolutions were passed regarding the appointment of external auditors, their remuneration, and processes for acquisition.

The Board was empowered to conduct due diligence audits for potential acquisitions. Shareholders expressed best wishes to the new working committee and praised the well-organized meeting, with Tulsi Thapa congratulating the institution on its progress.
