Mahila Laghubitta Announces Conclusion of Lock-in Period for Promoters And Employee Shares on Falgun 13

Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) published a notice regarding the expiration of the lock-in period of its promoter shareholders, and its employee shares which commenced on Falgun 14, 2077, and will expire on Falgun 13, 2080.
As per the recent guidelines issued by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) has officially provided notice to its investors and stakeholders on the conclusion of the lock-in period for the shares held by its promoter shareholders, and its employees. In the next month of Falgun 13th, the lock-in period will end.
MLBSL has 2,175,625 units of shares listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Out of the total shares, the promoters have 6,00,000 units, which expired on Poush 30, 2080 and its employees have 5,000 units of shares which were on a lock-in period from the past 3 years since IPO allotment. Additionally, 3,75,000 units of IPO shares were issued to the general public.
The total paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 21.75 crores. MLBSL has 1,305,375 units of promoter shares listed in NEPSE recently after 97% of bonus shares in 2-year.
As outlined in the official notice, the shares held by the Board of Directors and employees at higher management won't be tradable after the lock-in period.
